If u have a car that keep getting issues this place is the best for u . They will identify all the problems ur car have and they will fix it . For me my car was a mess cause the owner before me sold it to me without fixing any issues . So they kept coming at me one after the other . I kept fixing the car for a long period and its costs me soo much money . Finally, i went to this shop and rbe helped me on identifying all the issues and fix them . This is my second time bringing my car to Deutsches Auto Service Center Ajman Branch, and once again, I’m very satisfied with their service. The team is really nice and professional. I hope no one will think that I'm exaggerating for what I experienced with this auto service center. 1. This is my first time to take my dodge Ram 2020 model to them. 2. The way how they received me was very professional, and even the handover process of the car was so smooth. 3. I was sure that they would tell me that the problem with the car needs time and some parts, but here is the surprise that where they contacted me they told me that the problem of the car is nothing but tightening one of the screws, which is located Under the car. If this malfunction had been in a workshop other than theirs, they wouldn't have told me the truth. So they are so transparent. 4. The best part, that after they finish my car, they send it to me in ras al khaimah, with no recovery charges. everything was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Best workshop for german cars. After wasting time at major shops that kept guessing and overcharging, finally found a workshop that actually understands these cars. Arby was my advisor very professional and knowledgable. They brought my car BMWx5 to total factory setting.
